This is a little known hidden restaurant in the Cosway building behind Wisma Genting. Take the escalator to the first floor, and turn right into a short corridor.
Normally the keepers will greet you and ask your order. Note that there are two restaurants side by side, and both of them will compete asking you to order.
This one is the inner one of the two. Not bad as it is usually quite empty on a weekday.
I ordered the drumstick ("kai bei"), so the cost may be a bit high at first. But it was nice and the drink ("tong shui"), costed a dollar.
As the place is not crowded, preparation is nice and slow, and is useful if you have a bit of time on your hands to just relax at lunchtime.

Don't think there is a particular name, but its menu is very prominently displayed the moment you find it.
