Rachael ate Kon Lou Mee

Ordered from the noodle stall. The noodle was rubbery and partially cooked. The sauce was a mixture of mushroom and black pepper sauce. Wasn't really what i expect it would taste like.

Rachael ate Nasi Goreng Kampung

This is from the rice stall. Didnt taste like nasi goreng kampung to me..the rice was a tad too mushy. Not enough anchovies. The egg yolk on top of the rice leaked and it adds to the mushiness.. The prawn crackers..hai..no taste. The only thing i like was the satay. Prolly something wrong with my taste bud that day..

It was ok. I think just have the fries is enuff already. Hmm, somehow I couldn't remember how the fish tasted like @_@

Rachael ate Zakana Katsu Set

This time i get the name correct coz i retain the receipt kekekee.
Fried breaded white fish, miso soup, white rice, macaroni salad and umm..something like kimchi.
Very filling..cant even finish it.
Ok ok ler..the salad not that good. Dry, not enough salad cream. Tasteless too.

yeaw ate Sotong Kangkung

the kankung too fresh!!...need longer time in hot water...but the sotong they give alot..!
the gravvy also nice...just the kankung softer will be nicer.potion also alot

John Wong ate Claypot Bean Curd

Looks really plain but tastes quite ok. Lots off stuff inside including mushrooms, fungus, veggies, chicken, egg and japanese bean curd. The broth is quite sweet and cooked well.

John Wong ate Chocolate Milkshake

I think this chocolate milkshake is missing a lot of stuff. Tastes mostly like ice to me. Not enough chocolate and where's the milk? No smooth flavor, sweet indulgence. All thats left is rough ice and bland chocolate. Btw sorry i drank the milkshake halfway liow :P

John Wong ate Sotong Kangkung

Yeah i tried this too. Not bad i must say.. Really fresh kangkung and the sauce is pretty good (but a tad too sweet.. :P )

Rachael ate Sotong Kangkung

Ordered this from the baba & nyonya section as well. The kangkung is VERY fresh. Lotsa sotong as well too. Love the sauce though one of my friend said its a tad too sweet.

Rachael ate Penang Assam Laksa

Ordered it at the baba & nyonya section. It tasted okay coz i dont really fancy laksa with sardine. At least it uses the correct type of mee, with lotsa pineapple. Kinda craving for it right now :D And its fast...dont hv to wait long for the food to arrive
