this is quite an interesting dish... eggplant cooked with minced meat, garlic and some other stuff.. can taste the fish sauce. Sold as a signature dish... shaped as a "fan"... Seriously the menu has good marketing :)

I thought this was a special dish, but seriously its just duck with thin mango slices below... and lots of sweet chili sauce.. . It doesnt taste bad but still a disappointment

Hmm quite an interesting dish, squid stuffed with meat and covered in fish sauce...
Not something you'll see everywhere, can consider it quite a signature dish.
