Mama Chen ate Roast Duck

The promise was of a duck that was tender, juicy and delicious. The restaurant did not disappoint. The skin was crispy and the flesh was tender. It wasnt dry and it wasnt stringy. It was just nice. New on their menu, it was worth a try indeed.
