The chicken is so tender and juicy that it can fall off the bone. They imporated their special salt from Africa to prepare their dish. They method of cooking the chicken inside an oven like big pan with the salt; wrapping with the tracing paper helps retain the juices of the chicken. So you will be able to taste "tong kuei" all over it's juice and the chicken. Not to be miss, when you dropped by Ipoh. One bird is not enough!
