Hoo Yee Kee ("Easy To Remember" in cantonese) specialized in dishing out their signature Prawn Mee and Lum Mee. The soup is the real killer. They stew lots of shrimps for more than half a day to get the thick soup base. It's not overly spicy and a has little sweetness to it. If it's not hot enough, then their chili paste will enchance the taste. You could add from small, medium, large size prawn or other seafood items all at the expense of your wallet. Last but not least, after savouring it; your cholesterol level will go up almost immediately as well. Now that's easy to remember.
