By far at a buck twenty you will get the best nasi lemak deal in Taman Mastiara, off of Jalan Ipoh heading to Kepong direction. By the name of it, you know the cook is a Haji. You could have add ons like sambal squid, ayam masak merah, beef rendang, fried egg, etc to add to your heart's content. The santan rice is just nice not overpowered and gives a breaming smell, comes with cucumbers and half of hard-boiled egg (Please no peanuts). The ikan bilis sambal is the deal here, it is not the typical hard crunchy (gives you gum bleed). It's soft tender with lots of onions. It is served hot and not pre-pack! You will have to come early before 11am (sometimes even earlier), or you go home empty handed and full of gas. By the way, he speaks cantonese, that tells you how much he sells his nasi lemak to the community here.
