Agedashi Tafu

The agedashi tafu quite disappointed, suppose it coated with loads of those "moving seaweed thingy" don't know what it call. But this is just one one top of the tafu, I was like eh... ok lor. Maybe the tafu taste nice, but in fact the tafu really taste like tafu lol which mean tasteless LOL ok no next time.

The beef kind of big slice, and not thin enough and hard to chew. Taste, just alright, eatable.

Fish Mee Hoon

Just nice, the soup not thick enough, maybe should I say not enough flavour? I still prefer "ah tong" fish mee hoon located at beverly.

Yam Cake

Dessert!! Fried yam, taste quite nice though, but a bit sweet to me, because they applied rock sugar as coating. But really YAM taste.

Shanghai Pancakes ( 葱油饼 )

I love this, fried pancake with onions. Taste like "roti canai" but is salty one. I love the taste a lot.

Shanghai Steamed Dumplings ( 小笼包 )

Bun with pork and soup base inside, thin skin. Is normal taste to me. Nothing special.

Sagu Gula Melaka

Is very sweet to me, maybe that causes me think is bad *LOL* The actual price is RM9.90 but include tax is RM10.40 quite expensive for such a small cup of ice cream!!

Fried Mee Hoon

What makes a good fried beef mee hoon? It does not leave a coating of oil on the plate, every ingredient should separate easily and be evenly coated with sauce, and it should be cooked at the temperature where the beef slices remain tender, the mee hoon smooth. ALL THIS IS PASS for E-Siong fried beef mee hoon!!

Hokkien Mee
- Currently 5.0/5 Stars.
The best Hokkien Mee in my life, even KL "Petaling Street" also lose!! *LOL* They called it "pan mai" for such a portion, I don't understand why is "pan mai". The Hokkien Mee with sliced pork and fish cake, it taste really GOOD!!
