Pork Knuckle

For a pork lover like Hubby is, this was like heaven on earth. German fare, cooked to almost perfection. Skin was crispy, meat was tender and juicy. The complements of saurkraut, mashed potato and coleslaw made a perfect balance to the sauce. Would love to go back there again.
