prawns batter and mayo

It was the highlight of the evening's wedding dinner. I love the tangy mayonnaise coating, the sprinkling of sesame seeds on the deep fried batter, the texture of the succulent prawns as you sink your teeth deep into each morsel. I just about managed to hold back eating more than my share. Hmmmmmm
