Vietnamese Coffee

It was a new experience for me to have coffee served like this. The strong brew drips from a pot that sits on top of a cup. You then add milk and sugar to taste. I gather the original is always sweet but I dont normally add sugar to mine and so took it only with milk. it takes a good few minutes for the water to drip down. The end result is an extremely pleasant cuppa, perfect to end a meal with.
