Sweetie Sesame Ball

I never liked sesame balls because of the fillings they use. This one would be an exception because of a special custard made from salted egg and milk. Biting into the sesame ball reveals a rich golden colored melted custard complementing the beautifully baked exterior. The chef took his time on this one as we waiting more than 20 minutes for it. I'll never forget the smooth texture which makes this a hot version of really good ice cream. It comes with a small shot of green tea to help reset your tastebuds. Definitely a must try.
