For those unacquainted with this restaurant, Hana (which means "flower", as in HANAmichi Sakuragi), is located outside the shopping mall of City Mall. The dish Yaki Tori loosely translates to "Grilled Chicken on Stick".

If one wants to try how Japanese style BBQ tastes like, then the Yaki Tori is just one of the better dishes to start with. At rm6 for two "sticks", I can honestly say the taste will be very enlightening =)

The first thing you taste would be the overpowering smell of the vinegar used. Jap peeps love vinegar so much that they usualy include it in all their dishes, even during BBQ ! The vinegar used is mixed with honey and smothered on the meat before leaving it to be roasted BBQ style.

If you were to visit Hana, this dish is best recommended as a starter to jump start your appetite. 5 out of 5 for good ol' Jap Style BBQ d (^.^) b
