Perhaps, the very best Penang Assam Laksa I ever had in Ayer Itam or any where else. This little stall has been operating more than 30 years. Located in the market area, surrounded by a small village. But the assam laksa speaks volume. I am not a laksa fan, but it's really that good. One bowl is just too little to enjoy. Be prepared to sweat when you are there.

Ordered it at the baba & nyonya section. It tasted okay coz i dont really fancy laksa with sardine. At least it uses the correct type of mee, with lotsa pineapple. Kinda craving for it right now :D And its fast...dont hv to wait long for the food to arrive
