They used to called it "Molten Lava". I still prefer the old name because it actually looks like a volcano blowing up dripping with chocolate lava. This irresistible dessert comes with a big piece of warm chocolate cake soaked fully with chocolate fudge, with a vanilla ice cream sitting on the mouth of the "valcano" and covered with a layer of slight crunchy chocolate and caramel lava dripping down the slope.
