Actually I find this a bit too much for me. I wanted to eat my usual but I wanted to try something I never had before. So, since I like to eat eel, I gave this a try. Not bad. The sauce blend nicely with the eels, but my only problem was the bones. I had to be careful not to swallow it. The soup was nice, but still a bit too much coz I had mushroom tempura before this. *thumbs to the chef for giving me a tasty dinner hehe
