There are two Kahve cafes in Malaysia at the moment, and whilst they have their signature dishes, sometimes you get something different. As in this case. The one at 1Borneo Hypermall has nasi lemak as an option you can choose.

Nicely fried chicken portions, combined with the usual special nasi, freshly fried peanuts and sweet cucumber slices, topped with dark raisins and lashings of homemade sambal sauce - a mouthwatering dish. Ala carte (RM7.70 nett) or part of a set breakfast (RM8.80 nett), this simple local fare is certainly a dish worth trying.

At only 1 RM, this could be a good deal for the amount they wrapped in the banana leaf. The sambal is fair not too spicy and the rice has a light santan taste.
