John Wong ate this @ Kedai Kopi Hilltop

This dish gives you a reason to shout FRESH! The fish was really fresh and the bean sauce is in perfect balance with the fish, not overpowering but complementing its freshness. Wish i had ordered a bigger fish though because I have to fight with the many little bones the fish had :P Oh and the fish didn't look too presentable in its overcooked form (but amazingly only the head was overcooked)
