John Wong ate this @ Kedai Kopi Hilltop

This is their special "zhao pai" taufu dish. Its cooked with mince pork, with a layer of egg on the bottom. Tastes quite ok but didnt really reach up to my expectations of what a good sizzling hot plate should be. It should be jumping with excitement and the flavor should be a little be explosive
