Cantonese called it "Moy Choy Kau Yuk". One of the rare hakka dishes cooked in a traditional way with chinese "moy choy". More than 10 people I brought tasted it and concluded that is simply the best in Chemor, Perak. The "Moy Choy" is not salty at all and give an awesome aroma to the entire dish. I was told they use "Moy Choy" imported from China which are prepared and dry by the wind. Not that I know any of those make any 'taste' sense, but it sures taste good. Not recommended to those on strict diet, slightly oily.
