Tried this again.. :)
it's still excellent in taste. Ox tails are literally swimming in the gravy, i love :D Only thing i have to complain is the portion of ox tail.

this asam pedas is nice..the meat very very soft...just slowly use the fork can get all the meat out from the bone..yummy!!!!taste good!

Chef's recommendation and true enough, it's delicious..
Served in claypot, which is a good idea, keep the gravy hot, and the oxtail warm. I'll let bb rave on this more. It's his meal, i curi curi makan.
