Seriously this laksa is very true to its roots of nyonya food. Spicy and thick base served with fresh vegetables, chicken and prawns; this dish reminds me of my hometown Malacca. This might as well be the best nyonya style curry laksa here in Sabah. I guess many years of training the chef had in nyonya style food pays off.
All I needed to for the perfect experience would be an extra dish of sambal to add to it (because I think it needed a little more that strong flavor)
