This is quite interesting, really strong herb taste in the flour used to coat the calamari. The calamari is really soft and squishy though, and small compared to the flour coating. Different.. period

We were treated to dinner and this was one of the appetizers. Succulent. Soft. Just cooked. Tasty. Served in a unique way. Generous portions. Hmmmmm
