John Wong ate this @ Lee Wong Kee Seafood Restaurant

Deep fried goodness from fresh ingredients. Best eaten with sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise. The wanton skin here is a little bit too thick for this restaurant but the fish paste with beancurd skin is fried to perfection.
