Mama Chen ate this @ Port View, Waterfront
Fresh fish. Succulent meat. Simple sauce. Just nicely done despite it being a fairly big piece. It is not easy to steam a big fish. Normally the max weight would be 1.2kg to get a good even cook. This was close to 1.8kg and very nicely done indeed.
