The Sapak Clams (1/2 kg) cooked in onion and ginger is alright. The wok taste is not good enough. The clams used to be dirt cheap, it was under the category where not much people eats them. The chef must know how to clean them well cause these clams hang out in the sand alot; if not it will end up in your mouth and tongue. I like the meat of Sapak because its gives a clean and clear taste. The best Sapak is cooked this way. (RM1.60 per 100gm)
