The Strawberry Swiss Roll is quite good, tasty and soft. For this price in KK, I think it's a good deal.

My recent trip to KK, has help me to see that eating out in KK is much more expensive than alot places in West M'sia. If I were to compare it apple to apple, in terms of town or city area. KK is still consider quite high in price. For example, Wan Tan Ho simple meal RM5. A cup of Teh "C" (Only known in Sabah) RM1.80. These are common places, eating averagely "sedap" food.
