Seafood Bah Kut Teh
- Currently 4.0/5 Stars.
Fresh SEAFOOD soaked in "BAH KUT TEH" soup. The combination is GREAT and not oily.
This "Bah-Kut-Teh" recipe is different from what you all usually have in penisular Malaysia. The difference is the "chinese herbal" taste is not as strong as those "Bah-Kut-Teh" in penisular, however, pepper is added in the recipe which makes the soup a little hotter. For those who like hot and spicy food, this Seafood Bah-Kut-Teh is a MUST-EAT meal.
Crispy Piggy-Skin with Fish Paste
- Currently 4.0/5 Stars.
Is a specialty with fish-paste spread over one-sided.
This food available commonly in Sabah and obviously is non-Halal by its name. Crispy if it had been deep-fried nicely and later spread over with a layer of fresh fish paste. Served in hot soup based is the best way to enjoy it!

The Fish Balls => Smooth like silk and good to chew.
The Fried Fish Cakes => Soaked in the seafood soup which makes the golden brown fish-cake slices more aromatic.
